This news release is issued in respect of the financial measures taken against terrorism.
The Bank of England, as agent for Her Majesty’s Treasury, has today directed that any funds
held for or on behalf of the individuals named in the Annex to this News Release must be
frozen, and that no funds should be made available, directly or indirectly to any person,
except under the authority of a licence.
